10th edition of the GHG Management 2023 symposium!
The 10th edition of our GHG Management 2023 symposium was a complete success and once again provided all the latest information on CO2 management in the energy industry in a compact format. From savings and quota registration to quota trading and emissions reporting, participants were brought up to date on all of these topics.
The event took place at the Ringhotel Lünen. It was not only a meeting place for experts from the mineral oil industry and electricity and gas traders, but also a platform for the interdisciplinary exchange of knowledge. Our Team Lead Decarbonisation / CEEMAS, Daniel Koslowski, opened the conference in front of an audience of around 80 participants. The speakers put together a multifaceted programme that enriched our participants with in-depth knowledge and interesting presentations:
- Inga Tölke, MEW Mittelständische Energiewirtschaft Deutschland e.V
- Jürgen Abend, en2x - Business Association Fuels and Energy e.V.
- Bettina Schmailzl, expert for the management of guarantees of origin at BMP Greengas GmbH
- Dominik Trisl, MD and co-founder of q-bility
- Simon Pflips, software developer at VTA Software & Service GmbH
Manuel Brüggenthies and Özlem Yalcin concluded by providing insights into CEEMAS, revealing tips and tricks and demonstrating the possibility of CEEMAS-internal data exchange with partners via the CEEMAS Data-HUB.
Our Managing Director Johannes Kuhlmann emphasised that the 10th symposium was a complete success in terms of both content and people. This success motivates us to continue working together to make GHG management activities as cost-effective as possible. Many thanks to all participants and speakers who contributed to this great event!
